The Site is a personal blog and portfolio. I aim to collect as little data as possible.

Analytics data: I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects page views, referrers, browser type, and approximate location. Cloudflare Web Analytics is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors across sites, and does not collect personal information. Data is aggregated and not tied to individual users.

3. How I Use Information

• Newsletter: To send you articles and updates when new content is published. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Analytics: To understand overall traffic patterns and improve the Site. I do not track individual visitors.

4. Third-Party Services

I use the following services to operate the Site:

• Buttondown: Newsletter management. When you subscribe, your email address is sent to Buttondown for delivery. Buttondown's Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare: Website hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Cloudflare's Privacy Policy

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone else.

5. Cookies

The Site does not use cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless by design.

6. Data Retention

• Email addresses: Retained while your newsletter subscription is active. Removed upon unsubscribe.
• Analytics: Cloudflare retains aggregated analytics data per their retention policies. No individual visitor data is stored by me.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Unsubscribe: Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.
• Access or delete: Contact me to request access to or deletion of your email address.

If you are a California resident (CCPA) or Texas resident (TDPSA), you have additional rights to know, correct, and delete personal information. I do not sell personal data.

The Site is intended for a general audience. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
