Jonathan Malkin is an Austin-based knowledge systems builder. After 20+ years in enterprise technology, including 8 years at Automation Anywhere, he turns knowledge trapped in an owner-led business into a system the team and their AI assistants both use. He calls the finished system a company brain: folders and files a team and its AI can both read and use. High-stakes decisions stay with people, and clients own the platform, the credentials, the data, and the final system.

Working together starts with a conversation about the project the owner keeps putting off. If it is a fit, the work is a phased, client-owned build. He takes one build at a time.
